Purchases made on our website or over the phone 

Returns can be made within 14 days for unused product where the seal is still intact. You must contact us at 630.364.6381 or at eurolivingchicago@gmail.com to start your return. Refunds will be made on the original credit card where the purchase was made. Shipping will be at the customer's expense. Returns can also be brought into the European Living store at 1755 N. Harlem Ave., Chicago, IL 60707

Returns will need to be brought to 1755 N. Harlem Ave, Chicago, IL 60707 during business hours or shipped to the store address at the customer's expense. 

Purchases made at other physical or online retailers (such as delis, pharmacies, Amazon or Walmart)

Purchases made at other physical or online retailers are subject those retailers' return and refund policies. Please contact the retailer where you purchased your product for questions regarding returns and refunds.
