This stuff really works. The4 stars is only because it took me a couple times to get used to the consistency. It is not a thick lotion, and it doesn't take much. I've been using it on my knee and shoulder, with great results in pain reduction.
My 95 year old mother uses the cream on her neck for arthritis relief. She loves it!
I'm trying Cabb Dab for a variety of reasons. I have mild arthritis in my left thumb, and I can feel it starting up in my right thumb. I'm using Cabb Dab on both hands and forearms, and it seems to be keeping the discomfort to a minimum. I also have just started using it to minimize the adhesions in neck, where there is plenty of muscle tension in the scalenes. I can't prove causation, but I'll keep trying it for a while!
This really works! It helps so much with my arthritic hands.
Pleasing scent and easy to apply, but I can't say I noticed any improvement.
